Welcome to APCC 2026 The 31st Edition

The APCC (Asia-Pacific Conference on Communications), which is an international forum focusing on communications and information technology, has been hosted in 10 Asia-Pacific (AP) countries since 1993, i.e. Korea (1993, 2000, 2006, 2012, 2022), Japan (1995, 2001, 2008, 2015, 2025), China (1999, 2004, 2009, 2018), Australia (1997, 2005, 2017, 2023), Indonesia (2002, 2013, 2016, 2024), Malaysia (2003, 2011, 2021), Thailand (2007, 2014), Singapore (1998), New Zealand (2010), and Vietnam (2019).

Conference Proceedings

IEEE Logo

Following peer review, all accepted papers, including those submitted to the regular tracks and Special Sessions, will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE upon proper registration and presentation. The proceedings will be reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for inclusion in IEEE Xplore and submitted for indexing in EI Compendex and Scopus.

Important Dates

Paper Submission Deadline

August 31, 2026 September 20, 2026 is the final date to submit your original manuscript through the APCC 2026 online submission system. Late submissions cannot be accepted.

  • Prepare your paper using the IEEE conference template (Word or LaTeX).
  • Ensure the manuscript is within the page limit (typically 6 pages, including references).
  • Submit via the online paper submission portal before 23:59 (AoE).

Acceptance Notification

Authors will receive notification of acceptance or rejection by September 30, 2026 October 15, 2026. Reviewer comments will be sent together with the notification.

  • Each submission will receive at least two independent peer reviews.
  • Authors may be asked to revise and resubmit based on reviewer feedback.
  • Please monitor the email used during submission, including spam folders.

Camera-Ready Manuscript

Final camera-ready papers must be uploaded by October 15, 2026 October 25, 2026. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.

  • Incorporate all review comments and proofread the final manuscript.
  • Submit the IEEE copyright form together with the camera-ready PDF.
  • Register for the conference before uploading the final paper.

Conference Days

The 31st APCC will be held from November 10 to 12, 2026 in Xi'an, China. The program includes keynote speeches, technical sessions, special sessions, and social events.

  • Venue: Xi'an, China (details will be announced soon).
  • Registration opens approximately four weeks before the conference.
  • Authors are encouraged to present their work in person for the best experience.
